Haku Shika House Sake (Kobe) (神戸)

Kuromatsu Bottled (KOBE) 黒松生貯蔵 (神戸) – Premium

Style: Namachozo. Nama means “fresh” or “live,” chozo means “store.” Namachozo-shu is the sake stored in unpasteurised form under low temperature and then pasteurised once only after maturation (usually a six-month period) or just before shipping. It is characterised by a light and fresh flavour.

Kido Izumi Bottled (CHIBA) 木戸泉 (千葉) – Premium

Style: Junmai. Large quantities of lactobacilli are added. The result is a full-bodied taste with strong but soft acidity, the result is a unique full body multi-layered taste.
